Home Financial Services

The Credit Union is pleased to offer an Internet based financial service called Home Financial Services "HFS" to our members.

This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing credit union members with the flexibility to take care of many of their financial transactions without requiring them to visit the credit union.

Some of the services provided by Home Financial Services contain personal financial information and require that you pre-register with the credit union to obtain a Password specifically for this service.

To register for HFS a member must come into one of our branch locations with a government issued picture ID and complete an enrollment form.

Once enrolled members can make transfers, loan payments, view account histories, download statements and account activity, and much more.

Members may also rest assured that the Credit Union has taken every step to ensure that your personal information is safe and secure using the latest and most up-to-date security software and hardware devices.

HFS Members may need to enable cookies for the following two sites:

Security You Can Trust

Home Financial Services provides secure communications using 128-bit encryption security. HFS requires the use of a browser which supports at least 128-bit encryption. The browser that you are running determines which level of security will be used for your connection. If you are currently using a 40-bit encryption browser you will need to upgrade to a more secure 128-bit encryption browser, you can download the browser from either Netscape or Microsoft.

The credit union has taken an aggressive stance to Deter, Detect, and Defend against Identity Theft and Account Fraud. Some of these measures include requiring members to come into a branch location to enroll in electronic services like Home Banking and Debit Cards. We have also installed a positive ID verification system that requires members to bring in a government issued photo ID that will be scanned and used when member transactions are completed in branch locations. This will help ensure that criminals are not able to use your account information to conduct financial transactions or inquiries about your account while at the credit union. The Credit Union Board of Directors and Staff do realize that some of these extra security measures can cause a slight inconvenience at times but feels that the benefits of preventing Identity Theft and/or Account Fraud is in the best interests of the member and credit union.

If you believe you are a victim of Identity Theft or Account Fraud please contact the credit union immediately. If you would like to learn more about Identity Theft and how to protect yourself visit the FTC's Identity Theft Web site.
